Issue of Equity



The Company has issued 27,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 27,000
employee share options, of these 15,000 options were exercised at a price of 100
pence per ordinary share and 12,000 options at a price of 150 pence per ordinary
share under the Chelford Group EMI share option scheme.



These new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company, and trading is expected to commence on Thursday, 27 April 2006.
