PDMR, exercised her option to subscribe for
3,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of Bango at
an exercise price of 101
pence per share, being the price of
grant of that option on 22 October
2014 under the rules of the Bango
Employee Share Option Scheme.
