Subsequent to the earlier stabilisation notice published on 22nd September 2005
in connection with the Offer of, USD 1.25 Billion 4.125% due Sept 2008 UBS
Limited as stabilisation manager hereby announces that the stabilisation period
has now ended.

UBS Investment Bank as stabilisation manager confirms that it made no
stabilisation trades.
