The Company has today been informed that, following the purchase of 100,000
ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 4 November
2003, Intrinsic Value plc has an interest in 1,579,500 Ordinary Shares,
representing 10.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The shares are registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK)
Limited.
