Save The World Air, Inc. Signs Its First Distributor Agreement for the Sale of Its ZEFS Devices

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Save The World Air,
Inc. (Pink Sheets: ZERO) today announced that it has entered into
its first distributor agreement, for the sale of its ZEFS devices
in the North American Original Equipment Manufactures (OEM) and
after-market for motorcycles. The distributor agreement provides
for a minimum purchase of 10,000 ZEFS devices over a 24-month
period to Team Phantom, with the first delivery scheduled for the
first quarter of 2006. Team Phantom is a North American motorcycle
parts and accessories manufacturing and distributing company. Team
Phantom will be supplying ZEFS products to the American V-Twin
industry. This industry includes OEMs that produce high performance
road bikes and cruisers, as well as custom motorcycles, commonly
known as "choppers". The OEM sector of this market is estimated by
industry sources at more than 300,000 new motorcycles and engines
annually. Based on current industry production data, the company
believes that there are at least 2,000,000 in-use motorcycles in
North America. "This distributor agreement marks a major milestone
for our company for which our product development and marketing
teams have worked long and hard," CEO Eugene E. Eichler announced.

access to our ZEFS device which will help reduce emissions, while
