Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons.
Gaming Realms plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified
by Michael Buckley, Executive Chairman, that he purchased 100,000
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 27p each. Following this purchase, Michael Buckley has a
beneficial interest in 26,700,000 Ordinary Shares representing
9.14% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company has also been notified by Mark Blandford,
Non-Executive Director, that he purchased 416,777 Ordinary Shares
at an average price of 25.81p each. Following this purchase, Mark
Blandford has a beneficial interest in 10,829,418 Ordinary Shares
representing 3.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
