Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 16, 2024, Ur-Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an operational update for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, including updates on Lost Creek production operations and guidance, Shirley Basin construction, and the Company’s uranium sales contract book.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
