Geneva Acquisition Corp. (NYSE Alternext US: GAC; GAC-WT;
GAC-U) (�Geneva�) today announced January 23, 2009 as the
record date for the Special Shareholder Meeting. Stockholders of
record as of January 23, 2009, will be invited to attend the
Special Shareholder Meeting, or submit a proxy, to vote on Geneva�s
acquisition of Global High-Tech (GHIL) as well as the other
proposals included in Geneva�s proxy statement. The date of the
Special Shareholder Meeting will be announced in the near
future.
