Oxford Park Income Fund, Inc. (“Oxford Park”, “the Fund”, “our”)
announced today the Net Asset Value (“NAV”) as of May 31, 2024 for
Class A and Class I common shares outstanding (together, the
“Initial Class”) and Class L common shares outstanding, outlined
below.

The fair value of the Fund’s portfolio investments may be
materially impacted after May 31, 2024 by circumstances and events
