INDICES PROCEDURES DUE TO INTERMEDICA (GNDI3) INCORPORATION BY HAPVIDA (HAPV3)

In reference to the 016-2022-PRE Circular Letter, we hereby inform you that, due to
INTERMEDICA (GNDI3) ordinary shares incorporation by HAPVIDA (HAPV3), according to item 3.5
of the Concepts and Practices Manual for B3 Indices, B3 will adopt the adjustment
procedures described below for February 14, 2022 opening.

HAPV3 - NEW QUANTITIES

Index: IGCX
Theoretical Quantity: 8,823,534,396

We reinforce that the indices' divisor for IBOV, ICON, IBXL, IBXX, IGCT, IGNM, IBRA, MLCX,
IVBX, ITAG and IGCX will not change as a result of this event but may be adjusted in the
case of corporate actions in other indices' constituents.

The values of the cash portion of R$ 5.16614751932 and extraordinary dividends declared by GNDI3 of R$ 1.613026961 will be reinvested on the portfolios.

The divisor for ICO2 index will be adjusted as usual.
