Bourbon Brothers Holding Corp. (OTCBB:RIBS), released their 10K today. CEO Robert Mudd stated, "We could not be more encouraged by the progress made by the company in the first quarter. We opened our flagship restaurant, Bourbon Brothers Southern Kitchen (BBSK), in Colorado Springs in January and the overwhelming response to the venue has resulted in us significantly exceeding our expectations. I expect our new marketing efforts to continue to drive sales at both our Colorado Springs BBSK location as well as our Denver venue, Southern Hospitality. In the second quarter, our partnership with 850 KOA in Denver will include Watch Parties and post-game shows for the Rockies emanating live from our Denver location every Tuesday. We will have our exceptionally produced television commercial airing in our Colorado Springs markets, and our partnership with the Colorado Springs Sky Sox will put us prominently in front of approximately 5,000 people for each home game. Our progress in expanding our BBSK restaurants alongside anchor tenants such as Bass Pro and Cabelas is coming together nicely and we fully expect to add three to four locations along the front-range over the next 18 months."

Robert Mudd went on to say that "The addition of Shawn Owen as our Chief Operating Officer and Dave Lavigne and Richard Steward as Board Members, further strengthens our focus on operations and provides a strong foundation for the addition of new units in 2014."
