have been made regarding the titles and previous positions of
Robert G. Dinnings and Peter G. Wilson. Additional information has

Peter G. Wilson, President of Hana Mining Ltd. (TSXV:HMG), and
Robert G. Dinning C.A., a Director of Paramount Gold & Silver
Corp. have joined GXX's Board of Directors. Mr. Wilson has
extensive experience in project development, finance and contract
negotiations, as well as strategic planning within the energy
resource and mining industries. Mr. Dinning is a Chartered
Accountant with 40 years experience in both the public and private
sector. The Company has accepted the resignations from the Board by
Ping Shen and Ian Bartholemew, whom Mr. Wilson and Mr. Dinning have
replaced. Gold Star Resources is a Canadian oil and gas exploration
