You gotta read all the filings. She has put in some very nicely arranged convertibles and preferred shares for David Welch's family.
The majority of shares are not with IHUB. they are held by insiders. The company must be arranged so that the voting rights stays with the insiders, and Tanya has experience in structuring a company. Tanya is doing a fine job for those she was hired to assist.
Some here think she cares about the share price, you're seeing it backwards. More important is the ability to give themselves shares. Dilution is not your friend, but it is for them.
BTW, there's a mole amongst you here. Look at the posters. One of these things is not like the others. The same poster who backed fully the other CEO up until the day he was prosecuted for fraud, is now trying to blame the mysterious shorts and posters here for the constant drop in share price.
The end of the year is for balancing books. IF, anyone here is short, they would have been covering at the end of the year, and thus making the share price rise momentarily. Don't be fooled by rhetoric. It's no different on this board than it is on any of the hundreds of other penny boards on IHUB.

It takes a lot of effort and time to turn a company around. So far we seem to have climbed about 18% off the low in tax selling December. Not bad.

Shorts are running out of gas and out of things to talk about. So Tanya becomes the target however she has done ok so far in getting the ship headed north. The board members and advisory team no doubt have done what they were hired to do. I especially like the business leadership from Stephen Simes and Ryan Dunlap. For now we have the funds to take us through the foreseeable trials this year.

WE are advancing slow but certain with the pps yet to catch up to the fundamentals. As the company progresses with trials and studies being publicized, it should attract more investors making fund raising much easier. Remember however, Dr. Jay is working on collaborations and ways to fund future needs that are non-dilutive as outlined recently in the investors update. Funny though, how NP was a great money finder and the naysayers heaped on him for not being a
medical scientist. So now we need a business leader??? I'll take Dr. Jay and our Simes and Dunlap any day. Well, what will be the next pigeon invention? More leron saline? LMAO

SH's did vote her and everyone else back in recently. She did get fewer votes but I doubt she gave it much of a thought. Perhaps I'm wrong. The board members have a number of responsibilities although leading fundraising campains is probably not high on the list if at all. That would fall to CEO/CFO and perhaps Business Ops.

Yes the PPS sucks and that has happened during Tanya's and everybody elses tenure.

I don't know whether Tanya's relationship with Paulson hurts CYDY. I believe raising money via Fife and even private investors sucks at these PPS levels and needs to be replaced with better options by later this year.

What has tanya or any orher board membwr done to increase price of stock. Tanya and board haa let stock slip from over 1 to 12c. In my book that is horrible leadership. Maybe you like to lose a huge percentage of your investment but i dont. I think they have had some offers but didnt take them. Neyt time they have offer let shareholders vote on it.

Pretty sure all those investors are interested in a higher PPS. Tanya is/was put there to head up fixing CYDY's legal issues. Probably with a significant help from Paulson. Welch wants CYDY to succed more than anyone.

Having said that I don't disagree a money person would be a tremendous asset to CYDY. Whether that be a new COB or eventually as President/CEO might be up for debate.

In reality, you don't want a doctor as Chairman of the board, you want a money person. Ever see how a doctor manages money? This stock needs to raise money!

Dr pestell fantastic addition,but he does not make decisions. Tanya and board does. They have no one on board including tanya that has scientific backround to make intelligent decisions about future.

Your posts always come off as a bit off base to me because you muddle pretty basic things and are contradictory. When you say "on board", do you mean literally on the board or involved? I ask because Jay isn't on the board of directors. But if you mean on board as in involved, then Jay is there and Pestell. Compounding my confusion about your posting is prior you complained often there was no cancer person. Is a cancer person not overlapping as a science person? I mean this is just the most obvious example, there are other “science” people. Do you see how convoluted you are being? Could you be more precise/transparent in your point/question?

Exactly,paulson keeps her there to aide them not common shareholder. If we had a scientic head, we would have much better chance. What company wants to talk to a paulson lawyer. I truely believe are drug works but other than jay no real science members on board. How can we expect any company to speak with us when we have only one science guy on board. I agree with most of what you say,but it hasnt transferred to stock going up. Tanya needs to be replaced with a science guy that is recognized in industry. Im shocked borad has let her run stock down from over dollar to 12c. Any other head would be let go. Plus her relationship with paulson is murky.

Personally I like the company now more than ever before. CEO Jay has done a remarkable job in everyone's view thus far. The FDA now has our back and not our ass in a ringer. Newbies that read the studies will learn of some great possibilities with leronlimab. It seems to be super safe too which has already been proven.
So as the future looks to reveal the attributes of leronlimab, I will be adding more and more. We have what appears to be a great future drug company in the making IMO, having weathered growing pains and obstacles... all man-made. Especially in two weeks with a changing of the guard at all levels of the health system, we should expect a good year to ensue as the trials move forward. $CYDY$

Yet I think any reasonable investor should be VERY careful to not confuse Cytodyn PRs with facts.

And be VERY careful with censorship. The Cytodyn pumpers on other message boards (hangout) censor pretty much anybody who disagrees with them or raises factual questions that put in doubt the -99% investment thesis (awesome performance by the way!).

A good investment starts with facts not being censored, whether they are good or bad, and I will be careful about that.

First off, its pretty well known Charlie Sheen left 2 1/2 Men left right before the royalties kick in, and that's why Ashton Kutcher took the job( I happen to know one of the writers). ,but nonetheless..
what I don't understand is how you can have a stock board where you can make any erroneous claim anyone wishes as long as its positive, and it is acceptable. However, if you state anything negative, even with facts, you have to justify your being there.
Personally, I have no problem with you being here and/or losing your money. My goal is to warn any newbies that not everyone here is being honest and they should have both sides of the story. You see, while you may have blue chip stocks, I doubt most on IHUB do and many here are naive.

I have a bunch of blue chip dividend paying stocks. If I or anyone else wants to buy a 12 cent speculative stock that may take time to bear fruit or not , why should anyone have a problem with them doing so.

Well, any newbies need to look and research everywhere leaving no stones unturned to reach
the best possible knowledge of leronlimab and the relativley new CytoDyn team. The relationship with FDA for various reasons has been nothing but good ever since Dr. J agreed to take the helm. This new year will see his efforts and that of the new team pay off.

I see the entry coming as well into the field of auto immunity since leronlimab has the secondary attribute of also aiding the immune system in it's repair. This is a fast growing area of huge potential. I expect we hear more updates tout suite on the trials getting underway. In addition, we have new leadership coming into the fed agencies we deal with like the FDA/CDC/NIH and I expect
some DARPA assistance is very likely given the growing recognition of a safe and looking effective Leronlimab.
