Yeah. Live streaming is over at this point.  Let's hope the next one is able to be streamed on android.  
While iOS is most popular in US, android has a larger footprint worldwide.  It'll come.  But maybe they thought it could have issues.  Also I'm wondering if there were broadcast rights at play ?   Not sure.

To answer your question... the ceo has made some bold promises with dates in the past. Over the past 5 years he's commented on quite a few opportunities and coupled that with massive dilution events in order to sell some toxic debt maturity dates etc. Any RS without an actually revenue, financing, signed contract (not LOI or MOUs) will drop this like a rock.  Even with vume out there in beta, while there hopefully wil be some good revenues in the future, it's still not enough. 
Macrab is still on contract to sell up to $3 million.  The latest s1 registration was for 2 billion shares.  That's only about $400 k.  So they would still dilute this considerably if they did a 'small RS'.  
Th ceo said they would only do one for an uplisiting event. We've seen a few reversal RS PRs that offered the company to sell again more dilutive shares.  It would happen again and this would be right where it is.  Vume alone will not be enough to support this at this time. Imo.

I didn't try accessing when it was live streaming so not sure if it is working on my Android or not but I'm seeing the preview stream now so I'm thinking it's working?

Meanwhile TPT continues executing-on its plans(despite significant marketcap damage)

Their collective accumulation has grown significant(therefore can have toxic-characteristics)

This maneuvering also allows for trading ahead-of significant dilution(which-we’ve-seen)

OTC-trader-group redistribution allows for traders to maneuver price(after dilution-accumulation)

OTC-trader-group owns controlling-stake of-tradeable-OS..and have been redistributing 100’s-of-millions of shares to its members at same dilution accumulation price.

After 5years by now shareholder investors know the company does what it does for specific reasons

I wonder why CEO’s don’t do back to back smaller reverse splits, so as to not shock the markets, if they really feel the need to have a better share structure or price?

Given the situation here, with rising share accumulation the past 7 weeks, it wouldn’t bother me if I saw something like two 50:1 reverse splits a couple weeks apart. I would welcome the chance to buy shares on those days.

That would give us a much improved share structure and in this particular situation my guess is it wouldn’t take very long for the stock to return to the equivalent, adjusted price in short order.

If this was a typical toxic death spiral play, then large reverse splits at once make sense if they’re trying to get investors to panic out of their shares. But I don’t think investors are going to panic here given what’s at play.

It’s no-wonder TPT joined SAMENA Council for international leverage.

TPT will-be involved in multiBillion$$ project wins with-its cards.

Sorry. Just clarifying here.  There are two possible areas to look. The first is the home page. At the top slide the pink buttons over to the left to expose MASL Soccer.  And click it 
The second method is the Broadcast channels and then click MASL stream. 

It seems that iOS has been getting the priority since this started. I get it. They have to start somewhere. I'll give it a little time and recheck.

There was an initial bug that it wasn't playing on the home page but was playing under live broadcast. 
It's since been fixed.  Force close the app and reopen to see if it's fixed.

Thank you. The types of partnerships these guys have revealed this week strongly suggests that there is a lot of big money at play here.

They could probably raise at lot more capital at $1 to $4 per share, so instead of shareholders waiting for the company to do everything, I'm hoping shareholders step up and help drive this price higher, avoiding any egregious splits.

It seems logical that the company is on the verge of meaningful revenue going forward from here so it's not like I expect them to have to dive into endless rounds of new convertible debt as they shouldn't need it going forward. That's also why any damage from a reverse split would likely be brief and recoverable, IMO, giving traders just enough time to accumulate more shares at discounted prices.

Gonna have to watch it like a hawk every day. But it could be jaw-dropping fun going forward, which is what I'm hoping for!

New vume app update has a chat with interactive video calls and group calls....    bye bye zoom ! Haven't tested it yet though.  :)

That would be wonderful. But it didn't happen then.  But who knows what can happen in the future.  Personally I think they will be doing more with UI eventually.  
Also it is interesting their site went dark. Funny how all around d the web it states tekmovil acquired by TPT but the filings say otherwise.  Goes to show you what you and and cannot believe on the internet.  

Anyway.  Would be nice if they partnered up with another phone company.  I think SAMENA can def help there.   Can't tellWhat happened to tekmovil though

How can multiple-tech-companies grow from Covid to-trillion$$-value…having worthless-ability to support commerce during that pandemic?

No other company did what TPT accomplished specufically birthed from Covid designed to facilitate global commerce during that pandemic and potential future ones. What we learn is if a pandemic won’t shut down commerce, then it can’t be used as threat.

I don't recall who posted about it, but it was an X post for sure. Someone in the near past said they were taking a chance on TPTW because of the cancellation of the Reverse Split, which after digging I saw it was just a postponement.

So I was just digging through all the files on OTCMarkets.com and was completely stunned about what's to hit the market with VuMe, and then all the press releases hit. I can't believe I never knew about it. But since I study foreign languages as a hobby, I have known about WeChat for a long time. I suspect most people still have no idea what's about to hit the market! That's why I'm buying now, even know there might be an RS, and if so, I'll be buying.

The potential is just too huge knowing that WeChat had revenue of over $20 billion in the recent past and they scaled to the beast that they are in about only 7 years. I like stocks with massive revenue potential; it's not a guarantee of course, but it's the kind of business model that can scale to those levels. One way or another, I plan on having a decent stack of shares!

Not only that, but improving significantly what’s currently available.

May I ask how did you find out about Vume?   Cause I know they have done limited marketing but wondering how people find out about this ?  
Several of us have been invested here for 5 years.  And TPT has pivoted several times. But it's good to finally see the beta come out and see new users coming on board with product they've been working on for so long.  

Why would insta/youtube/X/tiktok etc each develop superAPPs(who would want more than one? That would defeat the whole purpose, however TPT circumvented this issue by developing the best parts of all them so they function seamlessly

I gave up on YouTube because the more I did the less advertising revenue I got over time. Plus there were conditions and fees on each platform which really added up.

To download a video course I made as an extension of my YouTube videos, I had to have an AWS account to store my .pdf files and I got charged a download fee. For any products that I wanted to sell I had to pay for web hosting, then a fee for a shopping cart, a fee for a payment processor, and an optional fee if I wanted tax help for state tax collection.

Then of course I spent advertising money via Google or Amazon depending on what I was selling. Fees were never-ending and it was indeed too time-consuming and I was just doing it for fun and a few extra coins.

There are likely thousands of powerful influencers who would be willing to try out a new platform at any time if they thought they could have better platform that made them more money. It only takes a couple dozen famous influencers to drag their many thousands of followers over to the new VuMe site when it gets launched. We'll find out soon enough if it's a huge hit.

I have some shares already and if they have to do an RS, I'll buy more shares during any panic sell-off as I think it would recover quite soon afterwards anyway. Between Geokall and all the other news this past week, I really like what I see here.
