Pillsworth lied about the $20,000 - first he said it was a DTCC Advisory fee - then he said it is a $20,000 MM advisory fee.

It would be illegal for a MM to be paid and the DTCC fees are closer to $2000.

Pillsworth needs to be removed as the CEO.

Even thought OTC regulations state the review is supposedly free, Coin Citadel has yet to find a MM willing to review it, and or, that doesn't charge an additional advisory fees upwards of $20K for said review.

Please reach out to Coin Citadel if someone can recommend or knows a MM that is willing to process a Form 211.

Once reviewed and forwarded to Finra, Coin Citadel stock might eventually trade again.
That is a lie about a MM charging a $20,000 Advisory Fee. First Pillsworth stated the following:

Investor Update Form 211 was submitted in February to one market maker. Whilst the MM cannot charge to review Form211...the caveat is, they then just sent a $20,000 bill for DTCC advisory fee for review. So nothing is free. Exploring other options without said hidden fees

There isn't any volume because you can only sell CCTL stock. The CE has been in place for 4 years. This is a Pillsworth problem he created.

Messing with the price is not the issue imo. The problem is the CE. With the CE up, the price can't go up in any meaningful way because it locks out 100% of retail investors! This should the ceo's first priority, but it seems it can't even find a proper CPA or raise 20 grand in 4 years!? HOW!?

Our initial belief is that it comes from the same bad actors, probably reporting us to X, who are driving our stock price down to (0.000001), or $0, despite real money trades at the asking price (0.0001-0.0003).



We have also reached out to Finra to see if we can prevent this or to determine who is responsible.



Lastly, our CPA Chase Bush Associates are negligent in completing our financial reports in a timely manner. Chase refuses to respond to emails and phone calls. The account is paid in full so that is not the issue. BUSH & ASSOCIATES CPA Henderson, NV 89014. Email: Inquiry @D2

It is obvious someone is messing up with CCTL, bid @0.0001 ask @0.0003 yet it is trading @$0. day in and day out, could it be someone who is powerful enough to block the company getting it form 211 completed and may be you might ask even interfering with CPA?. It's the poor investor who is getting crushed, yet Finra is doing nothing about it. It has been years since we got in this mess.
