If Lazar gained control through the courts as a custodian, then he can go after any block of insider shares.
I’ve seen insider shares of dead shells canceled through a petition before a custodian judge.
I think I’m holding one now going through a reduction. Qenc had a big reduction 69m shares from old insiders.

Agreed on not trading on open market until pink current. Definitely a lot of unknowns since fins not updated on otcmarkets regularly with float numbers since 2015.

A lot of questions to be answered.
If a few guys owned most shares- would Lazar buy them out and retire those shares? If so- SS becomes much more favorable.

This will take time… and it’s not like we can buy anyway for now… so it’s a wait and see.

Float is 1/4, that’s not bad. But Lazar is a habitual R/S creature.

I can’t see him R/S a 1/4 retail hold of a A/S

It’s that time span that gives me a Red flag.

Did these guys have enough time to cash out before this died. Then you have to wonder how Lazar gained control? Through a court petition or did he purchase control from these 3 guys?

Find out the control deal snd your DD is way out front.
You can’t trade it and getting current will be a long road.

Based on 2015 filings on OTC Markets (the best information that I could find), insiders held 1,436,237,000 Shares in 2015, which would make the float somewhere around 563,762,031. This is my best estimate based on 2015 filings. It could be a bit different today, but looks more friendly than the current share structure may indicate.

Looks like a new direction for MOPN-

Did not get current on OTC Markets prior to 9/28/21 deadline, but looks like a new direction for this shell with Lazar custodianship and reinstatement with Nevada SOS

MOPN Recently reinstated in the state of Nevada on 2/16/22 and is now active in the state of Nevada. This is the first development towards reinstatement in many years.

I imagine that with this being a David Lazar play, getting current on OTC Markets will be the next step.

I have been trying to get them compliant since inception. Try contacting Reuven Rubinson. I tried years ago and got a very cold response. It really is too bad as this is a good product

From my digging, it seems like a few of the things from the past are coming to fruition, kind of maybe, including a name change, maybe?, definitely a rebranding of products, without a peep from these guys, all done behind the scenes so far...

This should be getting more attention than it is. Hopefully, company will update fins soon and get OTC compliant
