In other words, if ABQQ no longer needs that money and never draws on the loan, then the warrants will never go into effect? Is that what you are trying to say? I'm thinking that would be great for all of us, wouldn't it?

The question we have asked Deng is if the warrants are in effect only if they use money on the original loan. If not then it is much better.

exercise price of $0.00129 per share, subject to adjustments, and ending on the 5 years anniversary of the issuance date. The number of shares under the
Common Stock Purchase Warrant is subject to adjustment based on the following formula: (i) fifty percent (50%) of the Commitment Amount, less the exercise
value of all partial exercises prior to the Exercise Date, divided by (ii) the Exercise Price on the Exercise Date. The exercise price per was calculated by
dividing $3,000,000 by the total number of issued and outstanding shares of common stock as of June 13, 2024. The exercise price is subject to change based
on a change in the number of our outstanding shares. The aggregated fair value of the warrants was $970,945. The fair value has been estimated using the
Black-Scholes pricing model with the following assumptions: market value of underlying common shares of $0.0005; risk free rate of 4.24%; expected term of
5 years; exercise price of $0.0013; volatility of 310.94%; and expected future dividends of $0.
Management determined that these warrants meet the requirements for equity classification under ASC 815-40 because they are indexed to its own shares. The
warrants were recorded at their fair value on the date of grant as a component of shareholders’ equity. As of November 30, 2024, 1,993,304,434 warrants in
connection with two equity financings were outstanding, with weighted average remaining life of 4.49 years.

This stock is so damn hard to own. 

So far he has announced buybacks negotiated from stockholders who hold big blocks. With the warrants clause in the loan agreement setting it's price at .00129...and therefore holding the stock price down...I am not sure that there would not be grounds for a lawsuit if he was just buying in the open market. Yes, it is all preplanned...no doubt. But I think the revs and profits will exceed his forecasts and the buybacks come from cash thrown off from operations. Very good signs. But who knows what will come next.

Looking forward to some Upward movement here today.

Can the company buy shares in other ways besides on the open market? If one really watches the numbers, it all seems to be extremely pre-planned.

Of course the MM's are in on every trade. This is not the company buying in the open market...I wish though. I think a lot of experienced traders are taking positions in this ticker and they will go for large shares at lower entry points.

How many shares will be outstanding after all buy back. I'm little confused E*trade showing 2.28bil  o/s and company plans to purchase 2.7bil? I'm loading weekly regardless 

looking for shareholder updates, they agreed few weeks back to buy back one billion shares from holders, while other stocks out there are much higher while diluting.
