Arvana Inc. filed a press release on February 23, 2023, in connection with stockholder action that approved a three-for-one (3-1) forward-split of its common stock, and the Arvana Inc. 2022 Stock Incentive Plan. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
