ActionView International, Inc. (OTCBB:AVEW) Chairman and CEO Joe Wooten today announced that the company has added attorney Lance Miyatovich to the ActionView advisory board. The advisory board consists of key industry and business professionals chosen for their specific areas of expertise and passion for the sport of mixed martial arts and their ability to help the company further its business objectives. Advisory board members are not considered directors, are not considered affiliates, and do not typically have decision-making authority. 

Mr. Wooten commented, "We have worked with Mr. Miyatovich as our securities counsel for the past year and have been impressed with his legal skills and business insights. As the managing member of Lakewood Capital, he brings the added knowledge of market fundamentals and savvy we need as we transition from a startup business into a fully-reporting, revenue generating business and look to return to trading on a national market exchange in the near future."

Lance Miyatovich attended law school at the University of Washington, passing the Washington bar in 1989. In 1990, he received an MBA from the University of Washington – Seattle and has been in private practice where he has represented both private and public companies in various business related matters.
