Mr. Craig Dalziel has resigned as a director of the Company. Suparna would like
to thank Mr. Dalziel for his services to the Company and wishes him the best in

The board of directors of Suparna is now comprised of Michelle Gahagan, Wayne
Tisdale, Garry Clark and Jamie Newall.
