(DTI), has met the requirements to earn the Silver ISV competency after its TrakWeb case management software passed Microsoft's standards for platform tests.  Devesys is now among the 5% of all Microsoft partners who have an active Silver competency, a big accomplishment in the Partner Network. In addition, Sprylogics would also like to announce a correction to its press release of May 27, 2011.  In connection with the closing of the $2.6 million private placement, the Company paid cash finder's fees totaling $231,740.59 and issued 3,343,578 non-transferable options to acquire Units of the Company at an exercise price of $0.07 per Unit for a period of 24 months from the closing date. Also, the Company has issued 825,000 options to management with an exercise price of $0.12 and normal vesting provisions.  These options were issued to replace expired options.
