VANCOUVER, Aug. 18, 2017 /CNW/ - Helio Resource Corp
(TSX-V: HRC), ("Helio" or the "Company") reports that it has
received notice from Shanta Gold
that Shanta has terminated the arrangement agreement previously
announced on June 20, 2017.
Shanta cites changes to the Mining Law introduced by the
President of Tanzania on
July 10 as the basis for the
termination.
The Company will seek legal advice before commenting
further.
