major shareholder notification from APMH INVEST A/S.
On July 12, 2024, APMH INVEST A/S,
acting on behalf of itself and its ultimate owner A.P. MØLLER OG
HUSTRU CHASTINE MC-KINNEY MØLLERS
FOND TIL ALMENE FORMAAL, notified Noble that APMH INVEST A/S'
holding of A ordinary shares in Noble corresponds to 20.01% of the
voting rights and 20.01% of total share capital in Noble.
Subsequently, APMH INVEST A/S filed a Form 4 on July 15, 2024 with the US Securities and Exchange
Commission disclosing that, as of July 15,
2024, APMH INVEST A/S holds 29,020,703 A ordinary
shares.
