The Company has adopted a virtual format for our Annual Meeting to provide a healthy, consistent, and convenient experience for all stockholders regardless of location.

Only stockholders of record at the close of business on June 17, 2024 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting. Beneficial owners who do not have a control number may gain access to the Annual Meeting by logging into their brokerage firm’s website and selecting the stockholder communication mailbox to link through to the Annual Meeting.
