PROS - Share capital increase related to the subsequent offering - board approval

Luxembourg, 20 December 2012: Reference is made to the announcement on 13 December 2012 regarding the completion of the subsequent offering in which the Company received subscriptions with subscription rights for 2,202,958 shares at the purchase price of NOK 9.50 per share.

The board has today approved the share capital increase of 2,202,958 shares.

Following the share capital increase the Company's share capital is 94,497,958 shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.01.

PROS currently has contracts in place for the design, construction and delivery of four F&G JU2000E high specification, harsh environment (HS/HE) jack-up drilling rigs.
