Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On October 23, 2024, the Board of Directors of Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is expected to be paid on November 8, 2024 to stockholders of record as of November 4, 2024. The Company received the written approval from the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, (the "Reserve Bank") on September 30, 2024 to pay a cash dividend of $0.18 per share to its stockholders.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. Declares Third Quarter 2024 Dividend

DUNKIRK, N.Y. – October 24, 2024 – Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: LSBK), the holding company for Lake Shore Savings Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per share on its outstanding common stock on October 23, 2024. The dividend is expected to be paid on November 8, 2024 to stockholders of record as of November 4, 2024. The Company received the written approval from the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia (the “Reserve Bank”) on September 30, 2024 to pay a cash dividend of $0.18 per share to its stockholders.
