Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 6, 2022, Jupiter Wellness, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the publication of results regarding a clinical study of its lotion formulation, JW-100 (the “Lotion”), utilized for the treatment of atopic dermatitis, otherwise known as eczema. The study included fifty-seven patients who were divided into three treatment groups. The group provided with the Lotion demonstrated statistically significant improvements in atopic dermatitis following use of the Lotion for 14 days.
