CONTENTS

On May 20, 2024, IceCure Medical Ltd. (the “Company”) convened its Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”).

At the Meeting, a quorum was present and the shareholders of the Company voted upon and approved, by the applicable required majority, all agenda items that were described in the Company’s proxy statement for the Meeting, which were included in Exhibit 99.2 to the Company’s Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K that the Company furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on April 15, 2024 (the “Proxy Statement”). Further, as disclosed in the Proxy Statement, Mr. Doron Birger’s term as an independent director ended upon the conclusion of the Meeting.
