Nasdaq's determination is based on the Company meeting the continued listing requirement for market value of publicly held shares and all other applicable requirements for initial listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, with the exception of the bid price requirement, and the Company's written notice of its intention to cure the deficiency during the second compliance period and if necessary, by effecting a reverse share split.In a notification letter dated November 12, 2025, Nasdaq had first informed the Company that, based on the previous 30 consecutive business days, the Company's ordinary shares no longer met the minimum $1.00 bid price per share requirement and in accordance with Nasdaq's Listing Rules, the Company was provided 180 calendar days, or until May 11, 2026, to regain compliance. Most medical facilities are in the process of budgeting for medical equipment for 2026. It appears the doctors rally want this procedure available having listened to the FDA hearings.

If the doctors petition the hospitals to get this equipment in 2026 it could well take off.

This company has the lousiest PR team I think have ever seen

Added major position today. Wed and Thursday they meet with institutional analysts. Once they find out what all they are doing, I think it is going to get their attention.

The FDA likely gave them a 7 year advantage by saying there would be no approval unless they would do the same five year breast study and gave a second advantage that anyone wanting approval would have to use the same size needle. There could be patent violations if they tried that.

Glad to see we will be getting recurring revenues with the disposable needles.

I expect the Japan approval to almost be a rubber stamp with the FDA approval.

I see earrings estimate for third quarter at ..05 cents. That should help while they crank up sales;
