Beginning February 13, 2023, AERWINS Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) will begin sharing the corporate presentation (the “Corporate Presentation”) attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The Company expects to use the Corporate Presentation, in whole or in part, and possibly with modifications, in connection with presentations to investors, analysts and others during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.
