    ("Xceldiam" or the "Company")

    Confirmation of Cancellation

    Following the suspension of the Company's ordinary shares from trading on AIM on 17 March 2008, the Company was required to make an
acquisition or acquisitions which constituted a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules or otherwise implement its Investing Strategy (as
announced to the market on 2 March 2007), within the following six months otherwise the Company's admission to AIM would be cancelled.

    The Company has been unable to make an acquisition or acquisitions or otherwise implement its Investing Strategy in accordance with the
timetable laid down by the AIM Rules and as the Company has now been suspended from AIM for a period of six months, Xceldiam's admission to
AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7 am (UK time) on 18 September 2008.
