Winding up Petition - YourDay U.K. Limited 
 
 
The Company announces that YourDay U.K. Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of 
YourDay Inc., a company in which VSH has a 74 per cent. interest, received 
notice of a winding up petition on 16 July 2009 which was to be heard in the 
High Court in London on 23 September 2009. 
 
 
The winding up petition was served by the Liquidator to Venue Solutions Limited 
(In Liquidation), which was put into administration in December 2008. 
 
 
Following discussions between the Company and the Liquidator the hearing that 
was due to take place on 23 September 2009 was adjourned until 14 October 2009. 
Discussions continue between the directors of YourDay U.K. Limited and the 
Liquidator with a view to trying to reach a satisfactory resolution in respect 
of this matter. 
A further announcement will be made in due course.
