Share Capital Changes

Triple Point VCT plc ("The Company") announces that on 25 October 2005 the
Company:

1.                  cancelled 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
capital of the Company as a result of the non payment of subscription monies
payable in respect thereof; and

2.                  allotted 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
capital of the Company at an issue price of #1 per share and in respect of which
an application has been made for their admission to the official list.  These
shares were allotted as a result of an exempt offer by the Company to certain
persons after the closing of an offer for subscription of up to 40,000,000
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at an issue price
of #1 per share.
