                    Termination of Fund Management Agreement 
As part of the ongoing commitment to keep overall costs under review, Strathdon 
and its fund manager, YFM Venture Finance Limited ("YFM"), have agreed to 
terminate with immediate effect the investment management agreement between 
them. Strathdon has taken in-house the services provided by YFM under that 
agreement namely management, administration and secretarial services but YFM 
will continue to provide accounting services to the Company until 30 November 
when they will also be taken in-house. 
 
Simon Hunt, Chairman of Strathdon Investments PLC, commented: "I would like to 
thank YFM for their efforts and support over what has been a difficult period of 
rationalisation for the Company and for their significant contribution in 
stabilising the portfolio and achieving realisations where possible."
