Cancellation of trading on AIM

Further to the Company's announcement of 20 December 2019, SalvaRx confirms that the cancellation of the admission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will take effect from 7.00 a.m. on 10 January 2020.

The Board anticipates making a further announcement about a potential acquisition shortly which will, should this transaction proceed, involve a reverse takeover by the Company and re-listing of the Company's ordinary shares.
