Directorate Change

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Professor Karen Holford CBE as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2023. Karen will also join the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

In an engineering career spanning both industry and academia, Karen has previously held engineering roles with Rolls-Royce and AB Electronic Products Limited which culminated in a senior engineering management position leading a large mechanical design team. Moving into academia, and concentrating on research and development, Karen more recently held leadership positions with Cardiff University and is currently Chief Executive and Vice Chancellor of Cranfield University. Karen, a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, received a CBE for services to engineering and the advancement of women in engineering in 2017.

There is no further information to be disclosed for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.13R. Karen does not currently hold any shares in the Company.
