                             STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE

                   RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR: MR ROSS DOBINSION

ROC advises that, because the expansion of his other business interests
precludes him from providing the Company with the time that he has been able to
devote in the past, Mr Ross Dobinson has given notice of his intention to resign
as a non-executive Director of the Company, effective 31 December 2007.

Commenting on Mr Dobinson's resignation, ROC's Chief Executive Officer, Dr John
Doran, stated:

"Ross has been a sterling founder shareholder and director of ROC. On behalf of
the Board and all other stakeholders in the Company, we thank him for
innumerable and very valuable insights provided over the years and we certainly
wish him well as he focuses on his other businesses.

Following Ross' departure ROC's Board will consist of eight directors, 
comprising three executives and five non-executives, representing a 5-3 industry
/technical-corporate/financial mix."
