Appointment of Auditor

RC365 Holding Plc ("RC365"), a company focusing on payment gateway solutions and IT support, refers to the announcement made at 7.00 a.m. on 14 December 2023 and is pleased to announce the appointment of LB Group Limited as the Group's auditor for the financial year to 31 March 2024. At the Company's next Annual General Meeting, the re-appointment of LB Group Limited will be proposed and voted on by shareholders.

The previous auditor, Shipleys LLP, has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
