("Q-OGT", "the Fund" or "the 
Company") 
 
 
Result of Equity Issue 
 
 
 
 
Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited (LSE:QOGT), a registered closed-ended 
Guernsey investment company traded on the London Stock Exchange, announces the 
completion of the placing announced on 10 August 2009 ("the Placing"). 
 
 
A total of 1,064,238 new shares in Q-OGT ("Placing Shares") have been placed by 
Numis Securities and Kepler Capital Markets at a placing price of US$9.59 per 
Q-OGT share, raising gross proceeds of approximately US$10.2 million. The 
Placing Shares being issued represent approximately 17.4% of the Company's 
issued share capital prior to the Placing. 
 
 
The Placing Shares will, when issued, be credited as fully paid and will rank 
pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company, including 
the right to receive all dividends and other distributions declared, made or 
paid in respect of such shares after the date of issue of the Placing Shares. 
 
 
Applications will be made for, and the Placing is conditional on, inter alia, 
admission of the Placing Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority 
and admission of the Placing Shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange 
plc's main market for listed securities (together "Admission").  It is expected 
that Admission will take place, and that dealings in the Placing Shares will 
commence, at 8 a.m. on 6 October 2009.
