                           Transaction in own shares
                             and notice of results



The Company notifies the market that it intends to publish its preliminary
annual results for the year ended 31 December 2007 on Wednesday 9 April 2008.



The Company also announces that it has today purchased and transferred 25,000
ordinary shares in the Company into treasury. Following the above purchase the
Company now holds a total of 25,000 ordinary shares in treasury. The number of
ordinary shares excluding treasury shares in issue is therefore 8,885,090.



The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 25 pence each
in the Company.
