notification from Laxey Partners Limited, that as a result of an acquisition on
the 29 February 2008 for funds under its discretionary management, held in the
name of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd Prime Brokerage Clients, it has an
interest in 52,775,000 shares of the Company. This crosses the thresholds from 8
to 11% and represents 11.09% of the current outstanding share capital of the
Company.
