Avesco Group plc (the "Company")


Statement re Medal Entertainment & Media plc share suspension.

The directors of the Company have noted the announcement made by Medal
Entertainment & Media plc ("MEM") in relation to the suspension from trading on
AIM of the shares in MEM. The directors confirm that Avesco Group plc's interest
in the share capital of MEM is 3,131,943 ordinary shares representing
approximately 20.74 per cent. of MEM's issued share capital.
