On 13 September 2010 Lincat Group plc allotted 1,901 ordinary shares of 10p each 
relating to the exercise of employee share options. 
 
Application has been made for the issue of these Ordinary Shares in the Company. 
It is anticipated that the shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 17 
September 2010.
