                             Appointment of broker



Further to the announcement of 24 July 2007, the Directors of In Cup Plus are
pleased to announce that IAF Securities Limited has been appointed as Broker to
the Company.



The Company is currently investigating the funding options available, which
include a placing, to address the Company's future working capital requirements.
The Board will make a further announcement when appropriate.
