Notification of major interests in shares

The Company received notification on 22 April 2005 from Alexander Douglas Moffat
that following a purchase of 101,619 Ordinary Shares of 75p each in the Company
on 21 April 2005 he is interested in 101,619 Ordinary Shares of 75p each
representing 4.90% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition the Company received notification on 25 April 2005 from David James
St Clair Low that following a purchase of 56,750 Ordinary Shares of 75p each in
the Company on 21 April 2005 he is interested in 126,000 Ordinary Shares of 75p
each representing 6.07% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition the Company also received notification on 25 April 2005 from UBS AG
that it is interested in 125,000 Ordinary Shares of 75p each representing 6.02%
of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition the Company also received notification on 26 April 2005 from
Caledonian Heritable Limited that following a purchase of 105,000 Ordinary
Shares of 75p each in the Company on 21 April 2005 it is interested in 125,000
Ordinary Shares of 75p each representing 6.02% of the Company's issued share
capital.
