The Company was informed today that Satcom Systems Ltd purchased 1,535,000
ordinary shares in two separate transactions on 10 and 11 September at a price
of 45 pence per share and now holds a total interest of 15,885,039 shares
representing approximately 89.79% of the current issued share capital of Gilat.
