Application was made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange
for 12,753 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for Listed
Securities having been previously reserved under a Block Listing.

The new Ordinary Shares were issued pursuant to the exercise of options.

The Ordinary Shares were issued on 17th February 2006.

Following this new issue, the total issued Share Capital of the Company is
156,970,325.
