                         Director / PDMR shareholdings

The Company has been informed that on 9th April 2015 Paul Stephens, a PDMR of
the Company, called 2,056 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on the
vesting of his 2012 awards and associated dividend equivalent awards under the
Fidessa group plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan. 971 of the shares have been sold
at 2255p each in order to settle sale costs and tax owed. Following this
notification his shareholding is 72,283 ordinary shares in the issued share
capital of the Company, constituting 0.19% of the issued share capital.
