The Board of Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK), the medical imaging software company, notes the rise in the Company's share price over the last few trading days. The Board is unaware of any specific reason that would lead to such a movement in the Company's share price and the increase in trading volumes.

The Company remains in active discussions with potential customers for its medical imaging software.
