                      ('Eleksen' or the 'Company')

Eleksen announces that, following the appointment of Lee Manning and Neville
Kahn of Deloitte & Touche, LLP as  administrators to the Company, the business
and trade assets of Eleksen have been acquired for �300,000 in cash by  Peratech
Ltd.

The proceeds of the sale have yet to be distributed by the administrator. In the
event that any monies become available  for distribution to holders of ordinary
shares in Eleksen the administrator will contact shareholders as appropriate.

In the six months to 30 June 2007 Eleksen generated a loss before tax of �3.21
million, with total assets of �3.16  million and total liabilities of �6.27
million.
